Chef Millie will teach attendees how to prepare and serve a traditional afternoon tea. Etiquette, recipes, bite-sized sweets and savories, and tea will be shared and served. Chef Millie will be serving Coronation Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Egg Salad with Watercress Triangles, Cucumber Rounds with Orange & Mint Butter, Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Roast Beef and Mustard Jam, Lemon Scones with Preserves and Clotted Cream, English Toffee; Dark Chocolate Shortbread, Mini Mille Feullie with Blueberry and Lavender Jam, Rose Pink Champagne Butterfly Cake, and Buckingham Palace Garden Party Afternoon Tea. Chef Millie will demonstrate how to make her scones and will also be sharing her recipe for both the chicken salad and the scones.
